We are sure you will love to purchase. However if for any reason you don’t, we have a no question asked returns policy for items bought on your website. All we ask is the product is still in the original packaging
The cost of returns is the customer’s responsibility
We recommend using a tractable service (and keeping your receipt) as we unfortunately can’t be responsible for lost in post.
If you are returning your whole order, we will refund the original delivery cost if applicable. For exchanges or if returning part of your order, the original delivery cost will not be refunded.
We can only accept returns for purchases made on our website.
For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept the return of underwear for exchange or refund.
Here what to do: make sure items are unworn, that the original tags are attached and that you included a completed return form in your parcel.

What happens next?
We look to turn around the refund within – 14 days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date you send the item back.
