RETURN POLICY

We hope that you will like and enjoy your Natural Wear UK purchase , however if you find it unsuitable or you are not entirely satisfied please:

For products returned without the original packaging, or damaged, will not be processed. If your product is not eligible for a refund, we will not be able to ship back your product. Unfortunately end of season sale items cannot be returned.

Shipping and handling charges, if incurred, are not refundable. In order to process and qualify for a return, your Natural Wear UK purchase must arrive to Natural Wear UK within 30 days of the date of purchase.  In order to process your return your purchased item must be in the original packaging and condition.

Please use a tracked, signed for and insured service as the product is your responsibility until it is back with our warehouse.

HOW TO RETURN

To begin your refund process – please send an email to naturalwearuk@btinternet.com within 3 working days to confirm your intention to return a product.

We will confirm the return process with a return form via email

REUNDS AND PROCESSING TIME

Once the package arrives at Natural Wear UK your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 14 working days . You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place.  Your bank may require additional process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Natural Wear UK.
